Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. The last order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimated
Shipping charges for your order will be free on all orders and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees, all costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as weather conditions or transportation issues. Total Delivery time is estimated to be between 6-9 business days.
Shipping countries: Currently we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military bases or diplomatic locations.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Woofing Deals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.
Damages
Woofing Deals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
