1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

2. Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it meets the return conditions above.

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original item following this policy and place a new order through our website.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

- We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items
- You may choose between a replacement or a full refund

To help us resolve this quickly, please keep all packaging and provide photos or videos where possible.

5. Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
